E is for Exercise

Well, what else could come after D for Diet?

I've been pinning on my Exercise and Motivation board over on Pinterest recently, and found a nice hoard of motivational quotes, images and exercises to try. I thought I'd share a few with you today. It also gives me the chance to tell you how much I love Pinterest too - it has really decreased the length of my bookmarks list, and made it loads easier to keep track of all my useful internet finds!


This one links back to what I was saying yesterday about abandoning a healthy diet if I make a slip up - I'm really trying to remember this quote, as it completely sums up my problem.

I'm definitely going to follow you. Those posts look very useful. I've been thinking about new ways to exercise, because running now causes my feet and ankles to be in a constant state of pain. I used to love running around when I was a kid, but I just can't do it anymore.

I also love that quote... funny, and very true!
