Some more Halloween snippets...

Here are a few more shots from my Halloween. The first few are taken using the colour sketch feature on my dSLR camera. I am loving this effect at the moment! It can make such ordinary shots look really interesting. I also tried out a few candle shots using the full manual mode. I am still struggling on trying to learn how to do this with my 'for Dummies book' but it is slow progress at the moment.

Oh my GOSH! I love this. What camera do you have???? I wonder if you can achieve something like this with elements?! I could sit and look at lit candles forever. I light at least three every single day. I love the glow and the soft fragrance is so uplifting!!

Thank you! I have a Nikon D5100 and it has great effects like this. I expect you could achieve something similar with Elements or even Picnik.

I totally agree with loving candles too - I've always got them burning in the winter!

what an amazing effect, I just love it! And the candle images are gorgeous too, I so need to light candles more often!
